Westlaw International develop and distribute legal online training resources across Asia Pac and wanted to develop an online strategy to effectively (and often securely) communicate with a geographically disparate user base.

We were engaged to advise and subsequently implemented and customised a PHP based CMS solution (Drupal) incorporating secure logins, content personalisation and email newsletter integrations to dramatically improve Westlaws ability to deliver material to the appropriate sources thereby freeing up the “Online Support Services” team to concentration on the generation of new and updating of existing training resources.

The site is currently running with several hundred online resources and is still growing!
